What to Expect
We start by taking impressions of your teeth to create custom-fitted trays. Once they’re ready, you’ll receive the trays along with professional-strength whitening gel. You’ll wear the trays at home for the duration and frequency recommended by your dentist. This approach allows you to control your whitening progress comfortably and gradually, achieving a natural-looking brightness.
Aftercare
Your teeth may feel slightly sensitive during the whitening process. This is normal and typically temporary. Avoid very cold foods, acidic drinks, and staining agents (coffee, tea, red wine, berries) right after whitening sessions to maintain your results. Continue brushing and flossing daily, and store your trays properly so they can be reused for future touch-ups.
